How Today's Prompt Works in PathwayNotes

Using a Prompt — Today's Prompt and Alternatives

When you tap Get a prompt, you may see a Today's Prompt card — a question built specifically for you, drawn from your recent entries, your mood right now, and the therapeutic framework your clinician has set up.

Below it, alternative prompts may appear under Or try one of these prompts instead. If the main one doesn't land today, tap an alternative. Once you've picked a prompt, choose how to write: Speak or type, depending on what feels easier.
