PathwayNotes Home Screen: How It Works for Clients

Your Home Screen — Getting Your Bearings

Every time you open PathwayNotes, the home screen greets you by name and tells you the time of day — Thursday - Evening, for example. It meets you where you actually are.

From there, it asks how you're feeling. Select a mood before choosing how to begin. If you try to start without choosing one, the app may ask you to select how you're feeling first. Then choose Get a prompt or Just write, and you're in. Two choices and you're journaling.

The Bottom Navigation Bar

Four icons always visible at the bottom of every screen:

Write (pencil): Home screen — start a new entry.

Journals (calendar): My Journals — browse everything you've written.

Messages (speech bubble): Messages with your therapist. A red badge means something's waiting.

Settings (gear): Your Profile, account, and app preferences.
