Notification Preferences — Managing How PathwayNotes Reaches You
PathwayNotes notifications serve two
purposes: reminders to journal, and alerts when your therapist sends a message
or assessment. Getting these right early makes a real difference in how consistently
you use the app.
How to Set Preferences
1. Tap the gear icon in the bottom nav to open your
Profile.
2. Tap Notifications under App Settings.
3. Adjust which notifications you want and when.
4. Tap Save.
If Notifications Aren't Arriving
The most common cause is that
notifications are disabled in your iPhone's system settings, not just the app.
Go to iPhone Settings, scroll to PathwayNotes, tap Notifications, and confirm
Allow Notifications is on. Once enabled in system settings, your in-app
preferences take effect.
