Messages — Staying in Touch With Your Therapist
Tap the speech bubble in the bottom nav to open Messages —
your direct line to your therapist inside the app.
Sending a Message
Type and tap send. Attach a file with the paperclip icon
or dictate with the microphone. Your therapist receives messages in their web
dashboard.
PathwayNotes messaging is not a crisis line. For urgent
matters contact your therapist by phone, call 988 (Suicide and Crisis
Lifeline), or call emergency services.
Completing an Assessment
When your therapist sends you an assessment, it appears in
Messages as a card — AUDIT, PHQ-9, PCL-5, or PSS-10 — with a Fill Out button.
Tap it, complete the questions, submit. Your therapist sees your score
immediately.
