Before you write, you pick a mood. This isn't a formality
— it's context the AI uses to understand where you're starting from before
reading your entry. Choose your mood before starting an entry so the app can
shape the prompt, reflection, and tone of the response.
There are seven options:
- Light: Easy, unburdened, pleasantly unencumbered.
- Okay: Getting through it. Nothing particularly up or
down.
- Low Energy: Drained, slow, running on fumes.
- Happy: Genuinely good — upbeat, content, lifted.
- Concerned: Worried, unsettled, something's sitting
with you.
- Overwhelmed: Too much, all at once.
- Frustrated: Irritated, blocked, or stuck.
Pick the most accurate option for right now — not how you
think you should feel, not how you felt earlier. Honest selection produces
better reflections. Your mood choices appear as small emoji icons on your
journal calendar and are visible to your therapist as part of your engagement
data.
