My Journals in PathwayNotes: Browsing Entries and Weekly Summaries

My Journals — Browsing Your Entries and Summaries

Tap the calendar icon in the bottom nav to open My Journals. Three tabs help you browse past activity: All, Journals, and Summaries.

All Tab

A calendar at the top. Days where you've journaled show a small mood emoji above the date — a visual map of your emotional patterns across the month. Tap any date to open that entry and review the original journal entry, Reflection Insight, sharing status, and Entry Insights.

Journals Tab

A scrollable list of every entry, most recent at the top. Each card shows the date, input method, mood, and a text preview.

Summaries Tab

Your weekly summaries. Each card shows the week covered, how many entries it's based on, and a preview. Tap to read the full summary. Generated every Monday at 1:00 AM. Also visible to your therapist.
