PathwayNotes Clinician Dashboard: Complete Guide

The Dashboard

The Dashboard is your practice at a glance. Log in and this is what you see — three columns covering everything that needs your attention right now.

Unread Messages

Client messages waiting for you across all clients. When a client sends something through their iPhone app, it surfaces here.

Journaling Activity Feed

A live feed of recent journal entries across your entire roster — newest first, with a text preview and timestamp. A quick scan tells you who's been active and what's on their mind since you last checked.

AI Summaries

New weekly and monthly summaries, badged so you don't have to hunt. These pull together each client's between-session reflections into a tight clinical snapshot. Read them before sessions to cut your warm-up time significantly.

Content Awareness Flags

WEB APP ONLY

Web app only. Content Awareness Flags do not appear in the iPhone app. They are visible only in the clinician web dashboard at app.pathwaynotes.app.

SAFETY BOUNDARY

When the AI detects language that warrants clinical attention — suicidal ideation being the most common trigger — an alert appears here in red. The panel notes detection is AI-powered and instructs clinicians to follow clinical protocols. When everything is clear, it reads 'No current content awareness flags.'

Retention Watch

Clients who haven't opened PathwayNotes in three or more days appear here. Nudge All sends a gentle push notification to every inactive client in one click. Individual clients can be nudged with the bell icon next to their name. One nudge per client per 24-hour window — enforced automatically.

A clinical insight note in the panel states that personalized nudges increase re-engagement by 40%.
