PathwayNotes Content Awareness Flags: What to Do When One Triggers

Content Awareness Flags — What They Are and How to Respond

WEB APP ONLY

Content Awareness Flags appear exclusively in the clinician web dashboard. They do not appear in the iPhone app — clinician or client.

Every content awareness flag is a clinical signal requiring your judgment. Review promptly and respond according to your crisis protocols.

Content awareness runs silently on every journal entry and message a client submits. The AI scans for language patterns associated with distress or risk — suicidal ideation is the most common trigger — and when it detects something, it flags it immediately in your web dashboard.

When a flag fires, it appears in the Content Awareness panel on your Dashboard and on the affected client's profile. Acknowledge and go to messages logs your review and takes you directly into the client's message thread.

SAFETY BOUNDARY

PathwayNotes is a clinical support tool, not a crisis service. If a client is in immediate danger, your crisis protocols apply.
