Getting Around the PathwayNotes Clinician Web App

Getting Around the Clinician Web App

Before diving into features, it helps to know how the web app is laid out. The structure is consistent across every screen.

Three icons stacked vertically. The grid icon opens your Dashboard. The people icon opens the Client Registry. The speech bubble icon opens your message inbox across all clients.

Main Area

Changes depending on where you are. On the Dashboard it shows the three-column overview. In the Client Registry it shows the client list on the left and the selected client's profile on the right.

Client Profile Tabs

Once you open a client's record, five tabs appear across the top: Overview, Journals, Messages, Summaries, and Assessments. Each is covered in detail in the articles that follow.

Web App vs iPhone App

As a clinician you have access to both the web app and the iPhone app. The web app is where all clinical features live — Client Registry, Content Awareness Flags, Retention Watch, all AI-Assist tools, and the full dashboard. The iPhone app gives clinicians a view on the go but it is not the primary tool. All articles in the For Clinicians section refer to the web app unless stated otherwise.
