Team and Practice Features — Practice Plan
The Practice plan is built for group practices that need
more than one clinician account. It adds a team layer on top of the core
PathwayNotes workflow so each clinician can work with their own clients while
the practice keeps account-level oversight.
Each clinician has a separate login. Clinicians see only
their own assigned clients unless the practice account is configured otherwise.
This keeps day-to-day clinical work private while still allowing an
administrator to manage the practice account, billing, and clinician seats.
Add new clinician seats as your team grows. Each
additional seat beyond the first is billed monthly according to the current
plan terms. Confirm current pricing before publishing or sharing this article
publicly.
For plan comparison, billing steps, and upgrade
instructions, see the Billing and Subscriptions section.
