How to View Client Journal Entries in PathwayNotes

The Journals Tab

The complete archive of everything this client has submitted. Entries are listed chronologically, most recent first, each showing the date, whether it was typed or spoken, and the mood selected before writing.

Tap any entry to read the full text alongside the AI's Reflection Insight for that day. This is where you see how the client processes things when no one is watching — the language they use, the themes that surface repeatedly, the moments they chose to capture. It's clinical data most practice systems never collect.
