Clinical assessments are built
directly into PathwayNotes. Send them from here, track whether they've been
completed, and review scores — without leaving the platform.
Sending an Assessment
Tap Send Assessment to open the
selector, or use the clipboard icon in the Messages tab. The client receives it
as a card in their iPhone message thread with a Fill Out button. Once they
complete it, the result appears here.
Available Assessments
• AUDIT: Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test
— 10 items, screens for problematic alcohol use.
• PCL-5: PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 — 20 items,
measures PTSD symptom severity.
• PSS-10: Perceived Stress Scale — 10 items,
measures subjective experience of stress.
• PHQ-9: Patient Health Questionnaire — 9 items,
screens for depression severity.
Scores are displayed numerically. Trend visualization
across time is on the product roadmap.
