How to Add and Invite Clients in PathwayNotes

Inviting Clients

Before a client can use PathwayNotes, you need to add them to your account. The process takes about two minutes.

1.    In the Client Registry, click the add client button — the person icon with a plus sign at the top of the list.

2.    Enter their first name, last name, and email address.

3.    PathwayNotes sends them an invitation email with everything they need to get started. Let them know to check their spam folder if they don't see it within a few minutes.

4.    While they're getting set up, complete their profile using Profile Jumpstart. This is the step most clinicians underestimate — it's what determines how well the AI knows the client.

5.    Enable AI journaling from the client's profile page using the AI journaling toggle.

Once they accept the invite and sign in, they appear in your active registry and the AI is ready to start working.
