Profile Jumpstart — Building a Client Profile from Intake Notes
Profile Jumpstart is one of the highest-leverage steps in
onboarding. Instead of building a profile from scratch, paste your intake notes
or a session transcript and the AI generates the client's profile summary from
that material.
This profile drives every AI interaction the client will
ever have — the tone of their prompts, the themes in their reflections, what
appears in their session prep panel. A rich intake note produces a profile the
AI can work with. A sparse one produces something generic.
How to Use It
- Open the client's profile and navigate to the Profile
Jumpstart section.
- Copy your intake notes, a session transcript, or any
structured clinical summary.
- Paste into the field and click Generate Profile.
- Review what the AI produced, edit anything that's off,
and save.
Plain text works fine. Paste notes from multiple sessions
together for a richer result. The AI doesn't need formatting — it needs detail.
After the initial build, the Client Profile Summary
updates automatically after every weekly summary runs — so the AI's
understanding of the client evolves over time.
