Managing the PathwayNotes Client Registry

Client Registry

The Client Registry is where your active roster lives. Access it from the people icon in the left sidebar. Every client appears as a card showing their name, status, and a badge — green for AI on, grey for AI off.

The AI On / AI Off Badge

AI on means the client has AI journaling enabled and will receive reflections, insights, and session prep based on your chosen modality. AI off means they can still log in and message you, but the AI layer isn't active for them. You control this toggle from each client's individual profile.

Archived Clients

Archiving a client moves them out of your active list without deleting anything. Their full history — every journal entry, summary, and message — stays intact and accessible. You can restore them at any time. Scroll to the bottom of the Client Registry to find your Archived section.
