PathwayNotes is a between-session reflection and
journaling tool, not a clinical decision-maker. Diagnosis, prescribing,
treatment planning, and safety decisions require a qualified clinician using
formal assessment, direct knowledge of the client, and professional judgment.
The AI works from journal entries, clinician-provided
profile context, and the configured treatment approach. It can help reflect
themes, summarize patterns, and support discussion, but it does not decide what
a symptom means or what care a client needs.
When a client entry suggests something that may need
clinical attention, the right workflow is clinician review. Content Awareness
Flags may surface concern, but the clinician decides what it means and follows
their own clinical and crisis protocols.
PathwayNotes is not a crisis service. If someone is in
immediate danger, they should call 911, call or text 988, or contact the
appropriate local emergency service.
