How to Download PathwayNotes and Sign In

Downloading the App and Signing In

For Clients — iPhone App

Your therapist sent you an invitation email with everything you need. Here's what to do with it:
Open the App Store on your iPhone. Search for PathwayNotes and tap Get.
Once downloaded, open the app.
Tap Continue with Email. Enter the email address and password from your invitation exactly as shown, then tap Sign In.

Use the credentials from your invitation — not a password you've created elsewhere. If you can't find the email, contact your therapist directly.

For Clinicians — Web Dashboard

Open any browser and go to app.pathwaynotes.app.
Enter your provider email and password, then click Sign In.

Forgot your password? Hit Forgot Password, enter your email, and check your inbox for a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes.
