Downloading the App and Signing In
For Clients — iPhone App
Your therapist sent you an invitation email with everything you need. Here's what to do with it:
• Open the App Store on your iPhone. Search for PathwayNotes and tap Get.
• Once downloaded, open the app.
• Tap Continue with Email. Enter the email address and password from your invitation exactly as shown, then tap Sign In.
Use the credentials from your invitation — not a password
you've created elsewhere. If you can't find the email, contact your therapist
directly.
For Clinicians — Web Dashboard
• Open any browser and go to app.pathwaynotes.app.
• Enter your provider email and password, then click Sign In.
Forgot your password? Hit Forgot Password, enter your
email, and check your inbox for a reset link. Check your spam folder if it
doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes.
