Choosing Your Role: Clinician or Client?
PathwayNotes has two completely different experiences
built into one platform. Before you do anything else, you need to know which
one is yours.
You're a Clinician if you're a licensed therapist,
counselor, psychologist, or other mental health provider using PathwayNotes
with your clients. Your primary tool is the web dashboard at
app.pathwaynotes.app. You can also access the iPhone app, but the full clinical
feature set lives on the web.
You're a Client if your therapist has invited you to use
PathwayNotes as part of your care. You use the iPhone app only — the web
browser won't work for your account. Your clinician sets up everything before
you arrive. You don't need to create an account or configure anything yourself.
Not sure? Check your email for an invitation from
PathwayNotes. If it came from your therapist or practice, you're a client. If
you're a provider setting up your own account, you're a clinician.
