Login and Authentication Issues
Can't sign in
Double-check both the email and password — both are
case-sensitive. Copy-pasting from the invitation email is always more reliable
than typing manually. Clients should use credentials from their therapist's
invitation, not a self-created password.
Still locked out? Hit Forgot Password, enter your email,
and follow the reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Account says it doesn't exist
Confirm with your therapist or practice that your
invitation was sent to the exact email address you're entering. A single
character difference means the account won't be found.
