A Client Isn't Receiving Nudge Notifications
Two checks. First, confirm the
client has notifications enabled for PathwayNotes in their iPhone Settings.
Second, check whether you've already nudged this client within the past 24
hours — PathwayNotes enforces a one-nudge-per-day limit per client. A second
nudge within that window won't send.
