Founder and Early-Access Pricing

PathwayNotes may offer founder pricing or early-access rates during launch periods. These rates are usually tied to the terms accepted at signup, including the plan, billing interval, number of seats, and any promotional period.

If you believe your account should be on a founder or promotional rate, contact PathwayNotes support with the account email, the offer you accepted, the signup date if known, and any confirmation email or written record you received.

Keep confirmation emails from signup. They help support verify the agreed rate and reduce delays if a billing question comes up later.
