How to Cancel or Downgrade Your PathwayNotes Subscription

Canceling or Downgrading Your Plan

Log in to the web dashboard, open account settings, and navigate to Billing or Subscription. Follow the prompts to cancel or downgrade.

Before cancelling: contact PathwayNotes support first. Client data has a retention period after cancellation — knowing what that period is and what export options exist before you cancel matters. See 'What Happens to Client Data' in For Clinicians.
